The most important part in my coachings is to enhance and support my clients to decide that they really want to alter their behavior and to then impelment this change. An important condition of success is that the changes sought are also unconsciously desirable. Whoever merely thinks that he merely needs to change will not get very far. Only those who really feel that they want to change - because they know that they will be enriched as a result - are on the right path and will succeed.

Coaching very often yields successes right from the very first session. It results in knowledge, insights, the desired behavioral changes and positive effects on the coaching clients themselves, their environment and their businesses.

Quality: I regard professional standards such as being able to use a variety of methods, my own ongoing training, quality assurance, evaluation and a systematic approach as self-evident elements for my coaching.
